AIGA Volunteer Board
BarCamp Director
I was responsible for creating partnerships with local businesses, organizing volunteers, researching catering and venue locations with site visits. The overall success of the event was my ultimate goal and I achieved that through the positive attendee response and financial success.
In this role, I collaborated with a local design team to create custom branding for the website, social media, print and environmental graphics and managed the implementation of all materials.
This past year I have been fortunate enough to help with the behind the scenes planning for the Bias Busting series - which is not only essential for Omaha’s growth, it is my personal passion.
